OLMCBI 209

This term, our Year 9 Physical Education students are taking part in an exciting self-defence program designed to build both confidence and practical skills. Across three dynamic lessons, students are exploring a combination of physical and verbal strategies to stay safe. They are developing techniques such as punching, kicking, blocking, and evading to use their bodies effectively, while also learning how to use their voices as a powerful means of communication and deterrence. With expert guidance, students are stepping through real-life scenarios and practising how to respond calmly and effectively.
